The Barbour Building

The Barbour Building in Vestavia Hills, Alabama built in 1983 experienced a comprehensive and thoughtful transformation through Regional Builders, encompassing not only a facelift of the exterior, hardscapes, and landscaping, but also a comprehensive renovation of approximately 32,000 square feet on the first and third floors including tenant spaces, restrooms, common areas and new exterior entrances.  The common areas within the Barbour Building were reimagined as versatile spaces that cater to various tenant needs. Regional Builders created dynamic communal spaces, designed for collaboration, relaxation, and interaction. These areas now serve as hubs of activity, fostering a sense of community among tenants and promoting a dynamic and adaptive work environment.

The project now successfully revitalized, has now become one of the premier office buildings in Vestavia Hills and home several prominent businesses.
